Digi Choosday

Hi blogworld

My those weeks are just flying by aren't they!  Can't believe it's time for a new challenge over at Polkadoodles Digi Choosday - third one already!!  The theme this week is 'Autumn Colours' and always there is a fab prize on offer.

I fought my way out past all the paint pots, ladders and brushes to bring you this little number.  It actually caused me a lot of headaches to begin with (not used to using digi papers!) but in the end it doesn't look too bad, I think anyway!

The Front Shot:

The Close Up:

The Arty Farty:
I used:

Digi Image:
Emma Canning - Flat Friends : Deer Friend ( a deer is not just for Christmas!)
coloured, as always, with my ProMarkers

Digi Papers:

Dies:
Nestie (for the image)
Die-namics (for the corners)

Anything else?
Distress Inks for the inking
Ribbon from my stuff
Sentiment computer generated

That's all folks - I'm now going to hide back in the new bedroom and carry on painting!!  Got to be ready for the electricians on Friday and laminate floor delivery!!  Hopefully SHMbO will be in by next weekend and I'll have more time for crafting and surfing again!

Cheerio

Sarah

A challenge, or two:

Graph'It Marker challenge: Wk 19 - Tic Tac Toe: Blonde hair, fur & dots (which could be either the paper or the shading around her feet: my first attempt at Faye's tutorial from a few weeks ago - hope this counts).

Crafty Boots Challenges: Autumnal Theme

Digi Makeover Challenge: #113 - Lots of Layers

Sentimental Sundays: Challenge #179 - Falling into Autumn

The Squirrel and The Fox: Challenge #56 - Animal Antics

Do hope we are going to see pics of bedroom when it is all done.
I will only buy my backing papers in digi format (Can't run out that way) and if you print out on good quality paper they are just as good as traditional papers and a lot cheaper too. Love your card BTW! hugs Mrs A.

Hi, Sarah! I know what it's like to fight your way over paint pots, ladders and brushes...and tools, bits of wood, plaster, dust sheets, muddy footprints...oh, to have my house back!? Things are starting to move forward and I'll be posting some more piccies soon as the kitchen was put in today - though there's a couple of bits missing!
sweet card, love the autumnal colours and cute image! Hugs, Lisa x
