Urgh what a day!

Good afternoon blogworld,

My goodness it is a dull, dreary, windy, 'orrible day!

We went for a little trip out to Skegness, took SWMbO to a play centre as a treat for getting 50 merits at school.  She gets a certificate at assembly on Monday and she's got it 6 months earlier this year than last.  Don't know if you remember all the trouble we had with school last year - this year seems to be going much better.  She likes her teacher and that boy is (mostly!) leaving her alone.  So happy days!

Anyway point of this ramble is that it is wild out there - 'specially in Skeggy!!!

So now that I've got that waffle out of the system, here's a card!  Not made for any occasion, just trying to get back into the habit and kick start the old Mojo.

Not very happy with the colouring on the hat (there's no definition to it), but overall not too bad.

I used:

Digi stamp:
All Dressed Up - Three Little Autumn Girls
coloured with ProMarkers and Copics

First Edition (will go check which one)

Memory Box - hearts

Anything else?
My Crafty Heart - pearl hearts
Craftwork Cards - sentiment

I've got to start practising much more with the Copics.  The old hubby has got me an early birthday present.  A very large collection of Copics!!!! At least he's not made me wait until July (when it is my birthday!) to have them ;-)

See you soon,

Early Birthday present indeed...six months away, he'll have forgotten by then and buy you the rest of the set!! Its been horrendous in this part of the world too, I bet it will stop and then we'll get arctic conditions!! Love the peach and aqua combo Sarah and your layout and use of the die cuts is lovely. I'm rather partial to those All Dressed Up girlies, don't use mine nearly enough xx

Hey, Sarah! We've had a few pretty wild days here in Wales too! It's supposed to get colder next week - is this the forecaster's nicer way of telling us it's going to be brass monkey's?!! Glad you had a good day out, despite our fickle British weather and also to hear that SWMbO is enjoying school more!
Love your sweet card, with that cute image and pretty heart frames. Fab colour combo too! Hugs, Lisa x
